More feedback and thanks. "First Steps" does not get as much coverage as other programmes of Walking with the Wounded which is one of the reasons why DDMT were approached. However, the DDMT Trustees were impressed by the success of courses chosen to get vulnerable veterans re-trained and into valuable careers after the Army, often after years of coming to terms with mental or physical challenges. Donations go straight to pay for courses so there is economy in administrative terms.
We would love to hear from you if you know of any soldier (whether current or past), family member or any project that might benefit from our help.
